For your next evening out in Branson, consider the Clay Cooper Theatre as one of the top destinations. We would love to answer any questions you may have about our theatre and what you can expect when visiting! Check out the list below or give us a call if you do not see your question on the list below!
Clay Cooper Theatre staff can help you make reservations with ALL the shows in our theatre. If variety is what you want, we’ve got it! By reserving online at claycoopertheatre.com, you can quickly purchase best available seats. There is a $1.00 fee for using the online system. If you choose to call us at 417-332-CLAY(2529), you can purchase VIP seats, request an aisle, and even personalize your experience with birthday announcements, anniversary announcements, etc. There are no additional fees to purchase tickets through our box office. You will know exactly what you’re getting when you purchase through the theatre. We also provide in-house discounts for military and multiple show purchases.
Purchasing through a ticket agent will allow you to choose all the shows you plan to see and purchase them at the same time. You can also get your hotel room as well as other attractions booked too. Many businesses require these ticket agents to provide you with a voucher as confirmation and payment for the events you have booked so make sure you have received your vouchers before going to your first show. If you have purchased more than one show in the same theatre, you can pick up all tickets at the same time for the shows in that theatre. There’s no need to stand in line twice!
You might also consider checking on additional fees charged to you while purchasing through an agent. It might be economically better for you and your family to purchase through each show/attraction on your own. If you have specific needs, you will want to follow-up with your agent to make sure your needs were met at each venue. Some places may fill up quickly and may not be able to accommodate your requests.
Yes, yes, yes! Unfortunately some ticket agents do not sell our tickets so it’s best to call the box office to determine whether or not we are sold out. We also have cancellations or our guests may need a date change which could open seats for the day you would like to see the show.
Yes we do! Depending on the type of seating you require, it’s usually best to speak with our box office directly. We have seating for those that need to stay in their wheelchair, we have aisle seats for those that transfer out, we have aisle seats with an arm raise if they require more comfort or help getting into the chair, and we have a bench along the back which allows more space. Due to ADA laws, we are required to provide a flat surface for our guests in wheelchairs. Those spaces are located along the back of the theatre and additional seating is provided for your party. Call the box office with your specific needs!
Yes! We do have several handicap spots available. We do suggest you come early to get a preferred parking spot. If there is no handicap spot available, we do have a drop off point and parking attendants will allow you to unload there if needed. There are no fees for parking! We also have a courtesy golf cart for those who need a ride to the front of the building.
We do not allow alcohol in our theatre.
Our box office is open from Monday-Saturday, 8am-10pm and Sundays 9am-10pm. You can pick up your tickets anytime but we do suggest you come an hour early to avoid lines at our box office.
Most people prefer to dress casual when attending shows. But don’t let that stop you from dressing up if that’s what you’d like to do! It can be cold in the theatre, so you might prefer a light jacket. We have to keep the air moving for the lighting to be effective.
You are welcome to smoke in the our designated areas outside the building. We do have a no smoking policy inside our theatre.
You are allowed to take all the still photos you want! Video is not permitted due to copyright laws.
We do not have a cry room, but we do have several areas to allow parents a more comfortable atmosphere for them and their children.
